GREEN KIWIFRUIT VESPER
 INGREDIENTS:
2 ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
2 oz vodka
2 oz gin
2 oz Lillet Blanc
METHOD:
- Muddle kiwifruit, vodka, gin, Lillet Blanc
and ice in cocktail shaker.
- Shake all ingredients and strain
into two sugar-rimed martini glass.
- Garnish with unpeeled
kiwifruit slice.
For a mocktail, substitute 6 ounces white
grape juice and a dash of bitters for alcohol.
Prep time: 3 minutes
Makes: 2 cocktails
