GALBI® KIWIFRUIT MARINADE
- Recipe courtesy of Chef Jet Tila using ZESPRI® Kiwifruit

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz brown sugar
2 oz soy sauce
1 oz sesame oil
4 cloves crushed garlic
tt black pepper
2 ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit
2 pound beef short ribs, cut for galbi 1/4" flanken cut


METHOD:
  1. Blend all ingredients except beef in a blender until smooth. Do not over puree.
  2. Marinate 4 hours to overnight
  3. Grill to desire doneness and serve hot.
