GOLD KIWIFRUIT ST-GERMAIN SPLASH

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit puree
2 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
2 oz Rum
6 oz Fever Tree bitter lemon soda

METHOD:

  1. Divide kiwifruit puree, rum and St-Germain into two ice-filled Collins glass; stir gently. Top with bitter lemon soda.
  2. Garnish with fresh kiwifruit slice.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 cocktails
