KiwiGreen: Since 1997, every kiwifruit exported is produced in line with our eco-friendly, orchard management system called ‘KiwiGreen’. This system includes careful procedures that help reduce orchard pollution during the growing process, spray guidelines, factors in ethical trading practices, as well as a focus on hygiene.

Track and Trace: A transparent guarantee of protection for the consumer. Every piece of ZESPRI® Kiwifruit sold globally can be identified and tracked back to grower and packhouse origin.

GLOBALGAP: Starting its life as EUREPGAP, this standard was a joint project of European retailers where standards for safe and sustainable agriculture are set.

British Retail Consortium: A technical standard set by a group of British retailers which covers similar issues to GLOBALGAP, but as they affect pack houses, e.g. hygiene requirements and cleaning schedules.
